GIA certified 3.38CTS diamond and ruby cluster ring. This ring features a large GIA certified 1.87CT natural red ruby of Madagascar origin. The octagonal brilliant cut ruby is surrounded by ten pear brilliant cut diamonds totaling 1.51CTS in a striking cluster design. The ruby is set in solid 18K yellow gold, and the diamonds are set in solid 18K white gold.   The natural ruby is a highly desirable deep vivid red color, with glowing neon-red internal flashes.
