Natural 0.50CTS VS G diamond ruby 18K solid gold dome ring. This finely crafted 18K solid gold ring features a raised dome like design. The dome is made of faceted yellow gold with diamond and ruby studded white gold trimmings. This ring is meticulously made in solid 18K gold set with single cut diamonds and round cut rubies adding up to 0.50CTS. The design and the gold has a very unique 3D look and texture to it. The raised gold dome with the high shine finish, highlights the diamonds and rubies even more. The high quality natural diamonds and rubies are set into solid heavy 18K gold. The top part of the ring with the diamond and ruby studded dome measures 21MM x 22MM (shank to shank). This ring rises 15MM off the finger. Hallmarked 18K and Italy.
